Acceptance The terms and conditions overleaf are considered to be fair and reasonable.  In the event of any term found by a Court of Law to be unreasonable then that clause shall be removed but the agreement shall remain in full and effect.  The parent/guardian has read and understands the terms and conditions overleaf and undertakes to be bound by the same.

Booking Terms and conditions

1. Opening hours

Standard hours are 7.30am to 6pm, 51 weeks per year.  Club 0-5 Limited closes on bank holidays and for approximately one week over the Christmas week.

2.   Special requirements

Where your child has a severe allergy or medical condition please call and request a special requirements assessment pack before registering.  You must ensure that you provide Club 0-5 with all the relevant details and advise us promptly of any changes in those details or any additional relevant details.

3.  Club 0-5 Nursery fees

3.1 Fee payments and securing your place

Monthly fees include all sick days, statutory holidays and holidays taken are paid days.  Fees are based on booked days, not attendance.  Refunds and credits will not be given for days where your child does not attend due to sickness or holiday.  We do not allow swapping of days unless it is permanent and there is availability.  Extra sessions are billed at the session rate.

Parents can pay by direct debit, by using childcare vouchers or a combination of both.  Fees are payable monthly in advance.  If the direct debit is not set up in time for the first months fees, parents are required to pay fees by cheque or cash prior to starting at the nursery.  Fees for the moth paid by direct debit will be collected on or around the 1^st of each month i.e. September fees will be collected on or around 1^st September.  Club 0-5 calculates your monthly fee by taking your weekly charge, multiplying by 51 (weeks) and dividing by 12 (months).  The calculation allows you to pay a regular amount each month, whether there are four or five weeks in the month.

3.2 Securing a place for my child

To request a place, you need to complete a booking form and return it with a £75 deposit.  The deposit shall not be returnable unless the parent gives one full month’s notice in writing is provided to the nursery manager. Club 0-5 Limited will confirm your booking at your visit to the nursery.  In the event that a place is not available Club 0-5 will contact you as soon as we can offer you a place.

Before starting a place at Club 0-5, you will need to pay your first months fees by cheque or cash if your direct debit is not already set up prior to your child starting at the nursery.  Club 0-5 will ask you to pay subsequent months by direct debit or childcare vouchers.

If you accept a place for your child at Club 0-5 but then decide not to send your child to the nursery or delay your child’s start date to after the scheduled start date, then if you give notice of your decision at least one month prior to your child’s scheduled start date, no additional monies will be payable.  However, if you give less that one month’s notice, you must pay Club 0-5 fees for the place from your child’s scheduled start date to the earlier of one month after you gave notice or the date that another child commences in that place.  Club 0-5 may deduct these fees from your deposit.

3.3 Notice of termination

A minimum of one month’s written notice in writing is required when you wish to terminate your child’s place at Club 0-5.  Club 0-5 reserves the right to terminate a child’s place with immediate effect if a serious breach of terms and conditions occurs, or if termination of a place is considered by Club 0-5 to be in the best interests of the nursery and/or continuing welfare of the other children at the nursery.  Examples of this are a parent using foul language or being abusive to staff and serious breaches of the agreement would include a parent frequently arriving late at nursery without prior notification, or regularly failing to pay fees.

4.  Other

Our fees are reviewed annually.  Parents will be given at least four (4) week’s notice of any change in fees.  Club 0-5 Limited may change the terms and conditions where such change arises from regulatory issues or changes in legislation affecting Club 0-5 Limited, proposed changes in invoicing procedures or in the reasonable opinion of Club 0-5 it is in the interests of children attending in the nursery.  Club 0-5 will give you at least four (4) week’s written notice of such change.

We are required to update all records on your child annually, new registration updates will take place annually.

Club 0-5 Limited will not be in breach of these terms or otherwise liable to you by reason of any delay in performance or non-performance of its obligations due to any event outside its reasonable control including ‘acts of god’, fire, flood, lightning, war, act of terrorism, strikes or other industrial action.

Club 0-5 Limited may assign this agreement upon written notice to you.  Club 0-5 may terminate this agreement on reasonable notice to you.
